We will deliver orders to the delivery address provided at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery may be handled by a third-party courier or postal service. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, seasonal demand, address problems or other circumstances outside our control.
If your parcel appears damaged on arrival, please photograph the outer packaging and contents and contact us as soon as possible.
10. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person nominated by you to receive them.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
11. Order issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
This includes:
- Damaged items
- Leaking items
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
- Faulty products
- Delivery problems
Please include your order number and clear photos where relevant.
Do not dispose of damaged goods or packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may need evidence to investigate with the courier or resolve the matter.
12. Cancellations, returns and refunds
For online purchases, you may usually cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back.
For change-of-mind returns, goods should be unused, unopened, in resaleable condition and safely packed for return shipping.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for return postage costs.
We may reduce or refuse a refund if goods have been opened, used, damaged, contaminated, decanted, diluted, altered, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

13. Faulty goods
If a product is faulty, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or videos where possible.
We may ask for further information, such as how the product was stored, diluted or used.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement or another reasonable solution.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

All products are subject to availability.
We may remove, change or discontinue products at any time.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate and may offer an alternative, wait for restock, or issue a refund.
